 Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Customers who cancel their plans to attend public or private programs for any reasons, the following refund policy shall apply. Refunds on cancellations made on public programs (whether public or by private engagement) and accommodations are dependent on date of cancellation. Cancellations made between 0 and 40 days of start date of the program will receive no refund. Cancellations made between 41 and 59 days can receive a refund of 35%. Cancellations made 60 days or more before start date can receive a refund of 80% of registration fees paid.

If you do have to cancel please contact us first. An alternative to cancelling your attendance may be that you can transfer your attendance to a future like kind program. This is granted 1 time and must be used within one year.
